Container bag is also known as flexible container bag, ton bag, ton bag, space bag, space bag, space bag is a kind of medium bulk container, mainly to the crane or forklift can realize the unit transportation, it is easy to load bulk powder materials, with large volume, light weight, easy to load and unload, is one of the common packaging materials.

Use of container bags:

① Loading. First hang the lifting ring of the bag symmetrically on the beam of the filling machine, so that the bottom of the bag basically contacts the ground, and then open the charging port of the bag, put it into the charging cylinder and clamp it by the clamping device, so as to avoid the leakage of dust or particles. Start the filling machine to load the raw materials into the bag from the loading port. Straighten the bag body before filling. After filling, close the charging port. If the container bag with discharge port is used, check whether the bottom is tied before filling.

② Load the car. The hoisting ring of the container bag is balanced on the lifting device. According to the type and loading weight of the container bag, forklift, crane, crane, etc., can be used. If forklift is used to lift the container bags, the shovel plate should be adjusted to the proper position, the container bags should be close to the forklift, do not tilt forward. In order to ensure the balance of the center of gravity of the bag body, pay attention to do not hang a single ring. Then, the lifting device is started to slowly lift the container bag. After reaching a certain height, it is evenly placed on the platform of the train (or car). If it does not need to be loaded and taken away immediately, it should be stacked neatly in the work site. In the process of hoisting and stacking, it should not be squeezed, skewed or collided with each other.

③ Storage. In principle, the container should be loaded immediately after loading materials, but if the situation requires, can not be immediately removed, in order to avoid material damage, the container bag should be stored in the warehouse, the environment should be far away from water, steam, humidity and high temperature sources, such as outdoor storage, in addition to meeting the above environmental conditions, should also pay attention to cover with cloth, and avoid direct sunlight.

(4) Discharge materials. Lift the container bag with a forklift or crane, align it with the mouth of the tank or other container, open the rope at the bottom of the bag body, and the raw materials can fall down by themselves to complete the unloading. For disposable container bags, a suitable tool can be used to break the bottom of the bag remotely. Do not stand under the container bag during unloading operation.
